Full Noise Bouncy Castle Hire Agreement and Disclaimer
By hiring products from Full Noise Bouncy Castles you are agreeing to our Terms of Trade.
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST. Prices are subject to change without
notice.
PAYMENT Bank Account details will be emailed to customers once purchases have been made.
When making bank deposits please use your name as the reference. Alternatively, customers may
pay by cash on delivery..
PRIOR DAMAGE Please note we may request photographic evidence of the damage.
If you are unhappy with your hire for any reason please contact us. We will aim to provide an
alternative bouncy castle or will refund the hire cost.
HIRE Hiring commences on the date stated on this Hire Agreement and must be returned/collected
on the date agreed upon. All hired equipment must be back or collected by the date/time given unless
arranged otherwise.
TERMINATE A HIRE The hirer may terminate at any time at no cost, giving at least 72 hours notice.
This must be in writing, or we may still charge the full hire fee. If a cancellation is made and any payment
has been made, a full refund will be paid back into an account within 7 days of cancellation.
WEATHER If it is a drizzle of rain, these can be easily dried. If the weather gets worse, we do not
allow them out. Weather conditions can vary throughout the day, so if weather does worsen during
your event preventing you from enjoying the bouncy castles, there will be no refund. You will be
provided with an Anemometer to check the wind levels throughout the day of your hire. If the wind
reaches 20mps please turn the castle off and do not use it.
DAMAGE Any damage made to the inflatable while on hire will be the hirer’s responsibility. The hirer
may be charged the cost to repair or replace the inflatable if necessary.
GENERAL USE GUIDELINES
For your own safety please respect our equipment and follow our bouncy castle rules:
Remove your shoes
No water on or around the inflatables
No food or drink
No smoking
No animals on the inflatables
Remove sharp objects from your pockets
No toys
Do not tie or fix objects to the inflatables
Do not move the equipment once inflated.
Max users on the castles is 5 at any one time. The mini castle has a max user of 2.
DISCLAIMER
Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle/Equipment do so at their own risk. The person/s
or organization hiring this Inflatable/equipment is responsible and liable for any damage or injury
occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all
people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully
adhered to at all times. Our Company will not accept responsibility for injury caused to anyone using
this inflatable/equipment.
It is agreed the hirer should understand and accept full liability for cleaning off dirt and debris
from the inflatables before returning or being collected.
Within reason, inflatables that are heavily soiled/dirty may incur a $50 cleaning fee.
